Artlink, in partnership with Downtown Phoenix, Inc. and Phoenix’s Street Transportation Department and Office of Arts and Culture invites artists and designers of all practices to apply for the Pedal to the Metal: Phoenix Bike Rack Project. Artists selected from this call will create new designs for bicycle racks to be installed downtown and throughout Phoenix.
